As a prelude to the Gender Conference 2024, the incomparable Faculty of Law hosted a Book Reading on Feminist Leadership and Accountability (Intergenerational Dialogue) on 18th November 2024.
The event was organized in partnership with Above Whisper Foundation and Women Advocates Research and Documentation Centre (WARDC) with the support of the MacAthur Foundation.
During the book reading, the author, Erelu Bisi Adeleye-Fayemi, Co-Founder African Women Development Fund, AWDF and Former First Lady of Ekiti State, shared her experiences and insights on gender issues.
The event was attended by
academics, students, thought leaders, media representatives, and policy experts .
