Mrs. Oghenetejiri Grace Williams holds an LL.B degree from Madonna University, a B.L qualification from Nigerian Law School, an LL.M degree from the University of Lagos and an M.Phil degree from Obafemi Awolowo University. She has over ten years of professional experience spanning legal practice, development work, and academia.

Prior to joining University of Lagos as a Lecturer II in the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law, Faculty of Law, she worked in legal practice and also served as a Legal Officer on a UN-Women sponsored project focused on supporting women and girls affected by Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) in accordance with international standards.

Her research interests include Public International Law, Gender and the Law, Energy Law, International Human Rights Law, and International Humanitarian Law.
