OLABIMTAN Temitope Benson graduated from Delta State University with 2nd Class (Upper Division) Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) Hons in 2009. He passed the Nigerian Bar Examination with 2nd Class (Upper Division) and was enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He obtained his LL.M degree (Master of Laws) and Master of Philosophy in Law (M.Phil) from the University of Lagos in 2015 and 2021 respectively.

Temitope had a brief stint in legal practice before joining the Legal Services Unit of the University of Lagos in 2017 and later joined the Faculty of Law of the University in 2019. His research and teaching interest straddled the areas of Public International Law; International Criminal Law and Jurisprudence; Law of International Trade; Human Rights; Mineral and Water Resources Law.

Temitope Benson OLABIMTAN is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, member International Academy of Forensics and currently a doctoral candidate at the department of Jurisprudence and International Law, University of Lagos.
