She attended Federal Government Girls College, Benin City (O&#8217;Levels) and Federal<\/p><p>Government College, Ilorin (A&#8217; Levels) as well as Obafemi Awolowo University, University of<\/p><p>Lagos and University of New Hampshire, USA (for her undergraduate and postgraduate<\/p><p>degrees). She was called to the Bar in 1989. Prof Oyewunmi has held regional and international<\/p><p>fellowships at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Innovation Law, Munich,<\/p><p>Germany; Franklin Pierce Law Centre, University of New Hampshire, USA; International Labour<\/p><p>Organisation Training Centre, Turin, Italy; and Africa University, Mutare, Zimbabwe. Her<\/p><p>publications include Nigerian Law of Intellectual Property (2015); Handbook of Business Law<\/p><p>(2017); Intellectual Property Law, Practice and Management: Perspectives from Africa (2018);<\/p><p>and Rethinking Commercial and Industrial Law in Nigeria: Essays in Honour of Prof Chioma Kanu<\/p><p>Agomo (2023).
