He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons)<\/p><p>Degree from Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos; Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree (with Distinction)<\/p><p>from the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos, Akoka and a Doctorate in Law from Osgoode Hall<\/p><p>Law School, York University, Toronto, Canada.<\/p><p>Professor Bolodeoku specializes in Corporate Theory, Comparative Corporate Law and<\/p><p>Governance Systems. He teaches Corporate Law, Law of Taxation and Commercial Transactions.<\/p><p>He has written extensively in his areas of specialization and interest in both local and<\/p><p>international peer review journals and is also a consultant in corporate governance. He served<\/p><p>as the Head of Department of Commercial and Industrial Law (2017-2020) and Dean Faculty of<\/p><p>Law University of Lagos (2021-2024). Prof. Bolodeoku served as a Senior Special Assistant to the<\/p><p>Governor of Ondo State on Public Private Partnership and on Power. He is a member of the<\/p><p>Nigerian Bar Association.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Professor Ige O.
