Dr. Olumide Obayemi, a Senior Lecturer, was admitted to the Bars of the State of California (2002) and Nigeria (1993). He has lectured at Lagos State University (2014 – 2017); Olabisis Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye (as Adjunct Lecturer, 2016-2017); Monterey College of Law, California (2002) and East Bay Law School, Oakland, California (2005 – 2006). He also served as Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California and the University of Alberta School of Law, Alberta, Canada, respectively.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Obafemi Awolowo University, in 1992, and was the Winner of the Godwin Adoki Memorial Prize in land Law in 1991. He is a holder of Master of Law degree in Corporate and Securities Law at Alberta, Canada (1999) and Taxation Law at San Francisco (2001), he obtained his PhD Degree in International Legal Studies at Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California in 2007.

He has extensive legal practice experience, having worked with Femi Okunnnu & Co (1993); Messrs Priscilla O. Kuye & Co (1993-1995), First Bank Nigeria Plc (1995-1998), Olajide Oyewole & Co (1998), Wiggin, Richard & Robin, San Francisco (2001-2002), Roman & Singh LLP Fremont California (2002-2003) and Consultant, Ajumogobia & Okeke (2014-2018).
